The Umbral Storm

An Umbral thunder Storm has blown in and has been here for about a week. The skies are dark, even in the day the sun has had trouble breaking through, but it has from time to time. All of your senses are running WILD and you don't know why. It has been hard to speak with your Totems, so they are unable to assist you.

A letter was sent out by Leif Norseman, Caern Warder, to all Garou (and Kinfolk who know of the Caern) regarding the strange events of the past week.

Fellow Sept members,

If any of you see the One known as Reid. Please make no hostile actions toward him and if at all possible stay away from him at all cost. I believe that he is the root of all of this that is happening. For he has been linked to the pain and torment that lead up to the last Cearn battle. If any of you have any information dealing with this please inform me, or the Sept leader of this so that we may help protect the each other.

Rite of Passage

Two Bastet Elders arrive in the Caern and give word that the newly changed Bastet of the Khan Tribe is to undergo his Rite of Passage this Saturday. Here is the challenge they have set before him. The Rite has three parts.

Challenge 1-This will consist of a wooden maze set outside an old warehouse. Rules are simple, get through the maze and into the warehouse. One problem, on top of the warehouse is a sniper with a silver loaded rifle. Might wanna haul ass on this one. The walls to the maze are head level to a Crinos Garou and you can't see over them effectively.

Challenge 2-Inside the warehouse is a WWF style wrestling ring with a 30 foot steel cage around it. Silver wire laces it's top. Inside the cage is will be Leif Norseman of the Get of Fenris and our Caern Warder in his Glabro form. Rules are simple here too, escape the cage through any means other than the door. No problem right? Just ask the nice Get of Fenris to lend ya a hand.

Challenge 3-After escaping the cage he will then walk up the stairs to the top of the warehouse. On top will be our resident Bagheera Bastet. This is the easiest one. All you gotta do to end the Rite of Passage is touch him. Simple enough right?

The Bastet Elders have asked the Bagheera to assist in this Rite as well as The Sept of The Hidden Heart. We have agreed. No member of The Sept of The Hidden Heart will agree to assist the Khan during his Rite of Passage. He must succeed or fail on his own. However the Bagheera has made mention that anyone wanting to help give the Khan hell is more than welcome so long as they don't do any lasting damage.
